What is the NDIS, and how does it work with Crew Group?

The NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) funds supports for eligible people with disability. If you have NDIS funding for support work, cleaning, or daily living assistance, Crew Group can deliver those supports as part of your plan.
Are you a registered NDIS provider?

Not yet — we currently work with self-managed and plan-managed participants, and we’re working toward full NDIS registration, targeted for January 2027. Get in touch if you’re unsure whether your plan management type works with us.
Can I use Crew Group if I’m self-managed or plan-managed?

What if I need to cancel or change a booking?
Yes — we work with both self-managed and plan-managed participants.
What areas do you service?

We provide support and cleaning services across Brisbane (Northside and Southside), Redlands, Logan, and Ipswich. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, get in touch and we’ll let you know.

How do I get started?

We aim for consistency — you’ll typically have two regular support workers or cleaners who both get to know you and your home, rather than a constantly rotating roster. That way, if one is on leave or unwell, the other is already familiar with your needs and your shifts go ahead.
Our regular cleans cover general house cleaning, and our cleaners arrive with all equipment and products needed, so there’s nothing for you to supply. Specialised cleaning, like ovens, is arranged separately every few months as needed, rather than as part of every standard clean.

Our pricing follows the current NDIS Price Guide maximum for the relevant support category, so it lines up with what your plan allows. Get in touch for a quote based on your specific needs.
A minimum of 7 full days' notice is required for cancellations. If less than 7 full days' notice is provided, 100% of the scheduled shift fee will be charged, in accordance with the NDIS 2026–27 Pricing Arrangements.
