We’re a dedicated team of support professionals committed to delivering high-quality, reliable services across home care, community participation, and daily living support. We believe in consistency, transparency, and genuine respect for every person we work with. Our mission is simple: to provide support that helps you thrive, not just get by.
We’re committed to making every interaction positive, empowering, and dependable.
Every Crew Group support worker and cleaner completes a National Police Check, an NDIS Worker Screening Check, and current First Aid and CPR certification before they ever step into your home. We do this so you can trust the person at your door, every time.
We currently provide support and cleaning services across Brisbane (Northside and Southside), Redlands, Logan, and Ipswich, with more areas added as our team grows. Not sure if we cover your suburb? Just ask — we’re happy to check.
Crew Group currently works with NDIS self-managed and plan-managed participants. We’re actively working toward full NDIS registration, targeted for January 2027.
